Since I have determined that I will be operating out of Whispering Pines
for the foreseeable future, it is time that I organized my correspondence. 

It is a daunting task, trying to coordinate with the remaining Watchers
scattered around the world who are attempting to contact and train the
newly activated Slayers.  So much paperwork!  Sometimes I think the
Council lives on paperwork, much as a Maru'blg demon lives on sweat.
